Fo all small animals payment is expected at the time on your pets appointment or on collection of your pet following an operation. Late payments may result in additonal charges being added as per terms and conditions.
We accept cash, cheques (supported by a valid bankers card), Switch, Visa, Mastercard and Delta Cards or bacs . Unfortunately credit is not available.
In some circumstances where insurance will cover the veterinary fees we are able to claim directly from your insurance company. All direct claims must be pre autherised with the practice and the policy excess must be paid in full prior to commencing treatment.
