Alison Smith

I graduated from the Royal Vet College London in 2010 and worked in mixed practice, prior to deciding my passion was small animal surgery. I initially joined the team at Kingswood Vets as an assistant in 2012. Having had a break to experience life in other small animal practices, I returned in 2017 to take up the role of clinical director. 

I can usually be found at our Woking branch where I enjoy being part of a great team, meeting clients and getting to know their lovely pets!

I enjoy all aspects of the job, both medical and surgical, and the challenges each day brings. but especially enjoy complex soft tissue cases and emergency surgery. 

When not at work I can usually be found on Horsell Common walking with my two rescue dogs.
