Payment

We will discuss any treatment options with you and provide an estimate of the likely cost. If, during the course of treatment, it becomes obvious that the fees are likely to go above the estimate, you will be contacted.

For all small animals, payment is expected at the time on your pet’s appointment or on collection of your pet, following an operation. Late payments may result in additional charges being added, as per terms and conditions.

We accept cash, cheques (supported by a valid banker’s card), Switch, Visa, MasterCard and Delta Cards or bacs. Unfortunately, credit is not available.

In some circumstances, where insurance will cover the veterinary fees, we are able to claim directly from your insurance company. All direct claims must be pre-authorised with the practice and the policy excess must be paid in full prior to commencing treatment.
